Customer Success Representative
The Customer Success Representative (CSR) at Numerix plays a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of a global and diverse customer base. This role focuses on proactive engagement, product adoption support, and coordination with internal teams to deliver operational excellence. The CSR acts as a trusted partner to clients, helping them maximize value from Numerix solutions while building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as traders, portfolio managers, risk managers, model validation teams, quantitative analysts, and development teams.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients on non-commercial matters, supporting customers during onboarding and post-go-live phases, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client experience and adoption. The CSR collaborates with internal teams including Support, Product & Engineering, and Professional Services to track and follow up on support tickets, enhancements, and ongoing issues, ensuring clear communication of progress and resolutions to clients.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, Client Services, Support, or Sales. Exposure to SaaS, financial software, or enterprise technology is preferred, along with knowledge of or interest in financial markets, risk analytics, or capital markets. A bachelor's degree from a leading engineering or business school, or equivalent professional experience, is required.
