Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant at Numerix will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive leadership team, ensuring efficient daily operations within a dynamic financial technology environment. This role is integral to maintaining seamless communication and coordination across various departments, contributing to the company's mission of delivering innovative capital markets technology solutions.
Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, and handling confidential correspondence. The Executive Assistant will also organize and execute meetings, develop meeting materials, take and distribute notes, and manage action items as needed. Additionally, the role involves preparing and reviewing expense reports, managing purchase orders, and facilitating invoice approvals.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and have 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a global corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting are crucial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a high level of discretion in handling confidential information, are required.
