Customer Support Agent – Croatian/Slovenian Speaking

BrainRocket is seeking a Customer Support Agent fluent in Croatian or Slovenian and English to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will communicate with customers through online chats and emails, maintaining a prompt and empathetic attitude. Your responsibilities include acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, possessing in-depth knowledge of our products to answer inquiries effectively, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction by providing professional support.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in both written and spoken Croatian or Slovenian and English. A proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales is essential, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail is required, and previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
