Customer Support Agent - Malay Speaking
BrainRocket is seeking a Customer Support Agent fluent in Malay and English to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. As a global company specializing in Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded across Europe, including Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia. Our team of 1,300 professionals is dedicated to creating innovative products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you will communicate with customers through online chats and emails, maintaining a prompt and empathetic attitude. Your responsibilities include acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, thoroughly understanding our products to answer inquiries effectively, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction by providing professional support.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in both written and spoken Malay and English, a proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
