BrainRocket is seeking a Thai-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will communicate with customers through online chats and emails, maintaining a prompt and empathetic attitude. Your responsibilities include acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, thoroughly understanding our products to answer inquiries effectively, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction by providing professional support.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in both written and spoken Thai and English, possess a proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales, and demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail is essential, and previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
