Data Analyst
Everlaw is seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that guide the company's strategic direction. As a leader in legal technology, Everlaw handles vast and complex datasets to assist legal teams in uncovering critical information during high-stakes litigation. The Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in navigating intricate use cases, sophisticated user workflows, and the operational challenges inherent in a rapidly growing, AI-native SaaS environment.
In this role, the Data Analyst will collaborate with Senior Data Scientists, Product Managers, Go-To-Market leadership, Software Engineers, and other stakeholders to delve into Everlaw's data ecosystem. Responsibilities include monitoring product performance, tracking user engagement, and identifying trends that inform the company's strategic roadmap. The analyst will ensure data integrity by maintaining rigorous quality standards and developing intuitive dashboards that democratize information across the organization.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics, and possesses up to four years of experience (including internships) in deriving business insights from large datasets. Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and experience with scientific programming languages like Python, R, or Julia are essential. A strong foundation in statistical methods, probability theory, and excellent communication skills for translating technical information to non-technical audiences are also required.
Everlaw offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $172,000, dependent on experience and skills. The compensation package includes an equity program, 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid parental leave, and generous vacation and sick leave.
