Data Analyst II
Garner Health is seeking a Data Analyst II to join our Data team in New York City. This role involves deriving actionable insights across various departments, including Product, Marketing, Talent, and Revenue Operations. The position reports to the Director of Data Science & Analytics and requires in-office work three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
Key responsibilities include building and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to ensure accuracy and consistency. The analyst will collaborate with the data engineering team to create scalable data pipelines and develop a deep understanding of analytical domains to produce meaningful insights. Additionally, the role involves identifying gaps in current reporting, developing new dashboards, maintaining existing ones, and advocating for best practices in data visualization and documentation.
The ideal candidate has over three years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with proven skills in building and maintaining dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. Strong SQL skills and the ability to work with large datasets are essential. The candidate should be comfortable working independently, translating ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions, and have a keen attention to detail with a mindset for automation and scalability. Familiarity with Google Sheets and experience with dbt, Snowflake, or data engineering workflows are advantageous.
The target salary range for this position is $131,000 to $150,000, with eligibility to participate in equity incentive and competitive benefits plans. Benefits include flexible PTO, medical, dental, and vision plan options, 401(k), and Teladoc Health services.
