Senior Implementation Project Manager
Garner Health is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to join our Implementation Team, reporting to the Director of Implementation. This role involves managing the entire implementation lifecycle for mid-market to enterprise-sized clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations. The position requires project management expertise and the ability to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing end-to-end implementations, creating and maintaining project plans, and delivering client-facing presentations. The role also involves collaborating closely with clients to capture and document their requirements, fostering effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, and cultivating strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Additionally, the Senior Implementation Project Manager will develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide in-depth assistance and training to clients.
The ideal candidate has over three years of experience leading client-facing implementation projects, preferably within the health insurance, employer health benefits, or health tech industries. Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, and outstanding interpersonal skills are essential. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Salesforce, Slack, G Suite, and Asana/Smartsheet is required. Knowledge of medical claims processing and/or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus.
The base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $120,000. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including flexible PTO, medical/dental/vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health, and more.
