Data Analyst - Revenue Ops
The Data Analyst - Revenue Operations at HopSkipDrive plays a pivotal role in supporting the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team by providing data-driven insights to enhance sales performance and revenue growth. This position is integral to HopSkipDrive's mission of creating opportunities through mobility by ensuring that the RevOps team has accurate and timely data to inform strategic decisions.
In this role, the analyst will be responsible for supporting quota and attainment reporting, offering real-time visibility into performance against targets. They will analyze funnel conversion rates, win/loss metrics, and revenue trends to identify growth opportunities and potential churn risks. Additionally, the analyst will contribute to dynamic revenue forecasting and pricing analysis models, collaborate with sales leadership on forecasting by providing growth metrics and projections, and maintain and improve data models to ensure accurate reporting. They will also develop self-serve reporting tools to empower business leaders to answer day-to-day questions independently.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in a data-intensive analyst role within a technology company, particularly in Sales or Revenue Operations. Advanced SQL skills are essential, along with expertise in building dynamic models for scenario planning and revenue forecasting using tools like Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with dbt for data modeling and transformation within cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake is required. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM data models and reporting structures, as well as experience with modern BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Omni, is also necessary. Familiarity with version control using GitHub and integrating AI systems into analytical workflows is advantageous.
The compensation for this remote position ranges from $95,000 to $110,000 annually.
