Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst (Enterprise Solution)
Appier is seeking a Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst to join its Enterprise Solution team in Taiwan. This role serves as a strategic bridge between product applications, client data, and evolving business requirements, connecting the Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams. The primary objective is to architect business solutions using existing products and translate client feedback into actionable requirements for continuous product innovation.
Key responsibilities include gathering and communicating new requirements and feedback from customers to the Product team, partnering with Product Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Engineers to identify business pain points and provide analytical suggestions, utilizing SQL and Python to extract data from massive databases, conducting Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), building models to analyze business needs and predict user behavior, designing and developing automated dashboards using tools like Tableau or Looker, designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to evaluate marketing strategies and campaign performance, and maintaining data accuracy and integrity to ensure metrics align with business logic and customer requirements.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related quantitative field, with at least 2 years of industry experience in data analytics or a related field. Proficiency in SQL and Python, practical experience in developing dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or similar tools, a solid foundation in statistics, strong logical reasoning for problem-solving, the ability to extract meaningful insights from data and translate technical findings into business language for non-technical stakeholders, excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, and a high level of self-discipline and adaptability within a fast-paced, high-growth environment are essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience in the Digital Marketing (MarTech) industry, familiarity with Google BigQuery and MongoDB, foundational knowledge or hands-on experience in Machine Learning (ML), experience in Agent development or AI-driven workflows, and prior experience working in an English-speaking professional environment with cross-border teams.
