Candidates should possess a professional degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Marketing with a specialization in Data Science, along with a minimum of five years of experience in data analytics or a related field. Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud environments is essential. Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and various ad-tech platforms is required. A strong background in applying machine learning models to marketing scenarios, such as clustering, lifetime value analysis, and churn prediction, is highly desirable. Effective communication skills are crucial for translating technical concepts into business language.
