The Experian Innovation Lab is a research and development unit dedicated to collaborating with various teams to enhance client relationships and acquire strategic datasets. As a Data Scientist within this lab, you will contribute to developing analytical solutions, product prototypes, and evaluating data assets. This role offers the opportunity to leverage predictive modeling, machine learning, and deep learning techniques to drive innovation within Experian.

In this position, you will create advanced machine learning solutions to extract insights from diverse structured and unstructured data sources. Responsibilities include designing efficient data structures, innovating data processing tools, analyzing large datasets to identify patterns, developing impactful algorithms, and validating model performance to ensure excellence. Additionally, you will document and present findings and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Candidates should possess a Master's degree or higher in Machine Learning, Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. A minimum of one year of experience in AI, data science, or predictive modeling is required. Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Keras, or TensorFlow are essential. Familiarity with large data analysis using Spark (PySpark), experience with large language models (LLMs), and knowledge of Hadoop and NoSQL technologies are also desired.
