As a Design Lead at Experian, you will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary design team, promoting excellence, consistency, and impact in creating digital experiences. You will be responsible for building a systemic vision of the customer journey, connecting points between product, technology, and business to ensure solutions that are both functional, aesthetically refined, and user-centered.

Your key responsibilities include guiding, mentoring, and inspiring the design team to ensure high-quality and consistent value generation. You will construct a systemic vision of the customer experience, identifying how different elements interact and impact the experience. Additionally, you will foster a passion for the craft in the tactical and operational leadership of the team, from discovery to materialization of ideas, in continuous cycles of ideation, testing, and iterations, always stimulating innovation, creativity, and experimentation with new approaches.

The role requires a solid academic background in Design, Advertising, or related fields, with a postgraduate degree in the area. You should have substantial experience in leading design teams and as a Product Designer in companies, consultancies, or startups. A strong knowledge of Visual Design and/or UI Design, with successful cases in your portfolio, is essential. Familiarity with design methodologies and processes, a high level of visual refinement, and a passion for the craft are also required. Previous experience in branding and working in fintechs is a strong differential.
