This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, startup-style environments while applying the structure and best practices of a mature organization. The specialist will own strategies that attract, engage, and convert qualified prospects, blending creative brand building with data-driven demand generation.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with VBU leadership to define product positioning, value propositions, and audience personas aligned with each product's unique market fit. The specialist will develop, implement, and test integrated demand generation programs tailored to each VBU's target audience and growth objectives. Managing multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, email, and account-based marketing (ABM) is essential. Additionally, leveraging AI-powered tools to optimize targeting, automate workflows, personalize messaging, and uncover insights to improve campaign ROI is expected.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing, either in an agency or in-house setting. A proven track record of creating B2B campaigns that drive measurable pipelines and revenue is crucial. Strong analytical skills are required to translate data into clear reports and actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, campaign dashboards, and attribution tracking. Experience with marketing automation platforms, ideally Pardot, and familiarity with SEO, paid media, ABM, and conversion optimization are also important. Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and excellent communication skills to align marketing with sales priorities are necessary. Familiarity with B2B marketing in technology, SaaS, or connected devices is a plus.
