This position involves leading a team of specialists across five core pillars: Digital Planning, Digital Maturity Audits, Marketing Technology, Analytics, and Data Strategy. The role is integral to Wavemaker's mission of reshaping consumer decision-making and experiences through media, content, and technology.

Key responsibilities include driving client digital maturity through the WM-Operating System and Digital Maturity Framework, overseeing digital channel investments, and ensuring alignment with Wavemaker's commercial objectives. The Digital Planning Lead collaborates with product owners and data partners to implement appropriate capabilities and technologies, works closely with Data & Tech teams to identify advancement opportunities, and ensures seamless integration of digital channels into client communications. Additionally, the role involves supporting agile workflows and contributing to new business pitches with innovative digital solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of five years' experience in a planning role, preferably within a media agency environment. A strong passion for digital media, intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications, and experience in developing and implementing analysis and reporting strategies are essential. The role requires excellent project management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and a deep understanding of the media landscape. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with effective communication skills, are also critical.
