Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, with advanced credentials such as CFP or CPA being advantageous. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial services or wealth management is preferred. Strong strategic planning abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in leadership and team development are crucial.
