The Director of Brand Experience & Partnerships at WPP Media leads the strategic and creative direction of brand experiences, elevating them to new heights. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the overall strategy for the Brand Experience & Partnerships department, aligning with agency goals and current market demands. The Director provides both disciplinary and professional leadership to teams, fostering an innovative, performance-oriented, and collaborative culture. Identifying new business opportunities, acquiring major clients, and building strategic customer relationships at the top level are essential aspects of the role. Additionally, the Director is responsible for innovation management, developing new business models and services to position the agency as a leading partner. Overseeing budget, resource, and result planning ensures high quality and efficiency, while actively promoting close collaboration with other agency departments and external partners.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive leadership experience in brand experience, media, content, or partnerships. They demonstrate outstanding strategic and conceptual skills, coupled with a strong innovative spirit. A proven track record in leading and developing teams, as well as managing complex client projects at the top level, is essential. Excellent networking skills in relevant industries such as brands, media, entertainment, sports, and technology are highly advantageous. Strong customer orientation, assertiveness, and a confident demeanor enable effective communication at the C-level. An entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation, and fluency in both German and English are also required.
