Director, Category Management (Store Growth)

The Director of Category Management (Store Growth) at Midi Health will lead the strategic growth and performance of product categories within the company's Rx and Supplements business. This role is pivotal in transforming these offerings into a high-performing Care and Commerce experience, aligning with Midi Health's mission to enhance women's midlife health.

Key responsibilities include overseeing category-level growth and product-level performance, with a focus on pricing optimization, promotional strategies, product placement, and packaging. The director will drive conversion rates, average order value, attach rates, and repeat purchases, while also promoting cross-selling across Care, Rx, and Supplements. Additionally, the role involves scaling existing products through strategic pricing, bundling, and positioning, leading pricing and promotional strategies with a test-and-learn approach, and driving merchandising across various platforms.

Candidates should possess 8–12+ years of experience in Category Management, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Ecommerce, or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) growth. A proven track record in managing pricing, promotions, and revenue growth is essential. The role requires strong instincts for portfolio optimization, the ability to balance strategic vision with executional detail, and a highly analytical and accountable approach to identifying and leveraging growth opportunities.

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $180,000 to $225,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. Additional compensation includes equity and benefits.
