This position requires a deep understanding of the content marketing ecosystem to develop compelling strategies that enhance brand engagement and impact.
Key responsibilities include leading the ideation, development, and execution of cross-platform content strategies aligned with client objectives and market insights. The role involves creating innovative, platform-neutral content ideas, identifying and implementing branded content opportunities across various platforms such as TV, digital, social, experiential, and influencer-driven channels. Collaboration with clients, creative teams, media partners, and platforms is essential to bring content campaigns to fruition. Additionally, the director will track, measure, and optimize content performance to ensure continuous improvement and return on investment.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and storyteller with experience in brand building, content strategy, and campaign execution. They should possess the ability to translate market and consumer data insights into actionable content opportunities. Strong presentation and communication skills are necessary to effectively sell ideas and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel for creating Gantt charts, campaign journeys, reports, and proposals is required. A collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities to guide and mentor teams, along with a solution-oriented approach to make quick decisions, is essential. Experience in writing and scripting is a plus, as is a strong understanding and passion for industries such as automotive, technology, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required, with a postgraduate degree preferred but not mandatory.
