Director, Corporate IT
The Director of Corporate IT at Everlaw will lead a dynamic team dedicated to transforming the company's corporate technology environment into a seamless, intelligent ecosystem. This role focuses on strengthening and scaling global infrastructure across both office and remote settings, treating the internal tech stack as a product to ensure frictionless user experiences, and driving operational excellence through automation and responsible AI adoption. Key responsibilities include defining the corporate IT roadmap in alignment with business, security, and compliance objectives, managing the IT operating budget and enterprise SaaS portfolio, and partnering with the VP of IT & Security on organizational design and long-term tech stack investments. The role also involves driving automated lifecycle management for endpoints, orchestrating reliable hybrid collaboration experiences, and leading technical design and execution for office expansions. Additionally, the Director will optimize the corporate enterprise stack by managing vendor relationships and ensuring high-velocity adoption of core tools through automated workflows and proactive training.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT strategy and leadership, with a proven track record in managing enterprise SaaS portfolios and driving automation initiatives. Strong technical expertise in endpoint management, network infrastructure, and collaboration tools is essential. The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with various departments, including Facilities, Security, and Compliance, ensuring that IT processes align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
Everlaw offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $230,000 to $292,000, participation in the equity program, and a comprehensive benefits package covering health, dental, and vision insurance.
