LG Electronics is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Digital and Ecommerce Strategy & Operational Planning to support the Vice President of Digital Experience and Platforms (DXP) as a Chief of Staff. This role serves as a strategic partner and operational anchor, driving alignment, prioritization, and execution across digital and ecommerce initiatives within the company.

The Director will lead annual and quarterly strategic planning processes for digital and ecommerce functions, translating high-level business objectives into actionable roadmaps and OKRs. They will collaborate with cross-functional leaders across business units, marketing, merchandising, technology, supply chain, and headquarters to ensure strategic alignment and integration. Additionally, the role involves developing and managing business rhythms such as quarterly reviews, budget cycles, and executive updates, as well as preparing materials for executive presentations and cross-functional reviews.

Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in digital commerce, strategy consulting, business operations, or similar fields. Experience working closely with senior executives and leading cross-functional teams is essential. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required, along with exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. High proficiency in business planning, data analysis, and project management tools is also necessary. Bilingual capability in English and Korean is a plus.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $215,000 per year.
