The Director of Digital Implementation at WPP Media is responsible for delivering and managing Prime Video EU’s direct partner media strategies across key partnerships, including Spotify, LG, Samsung, Acast, and Hearst. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, activation, governance, and commercial performance, ensuring that digital execution is structured, scalable, commercially efficient, and aligned with Prime Video’s broader growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities include leading the delivery of Prime Video EU direct partner strategies by translating annual and bespoke media plans into structured, high-quality digital activation across key partners. The role also involves owning digital governance across markets to ensure consistent implementation standards, taxonomy discipline, QA frameworks, and operational excellence. Additionally, the Director is tasked with designing and implementing scalable activation processes to reduce manual friction, improve accuracy, and embed structured workflows in partnership with Channel Directors and the Warsaw activation team.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in digital media strategy and activation, particularly within large-scale partnerships. Strong leadership skills are essential, as the role requires overseeing and optimizing the Warsaw activation model, clarifying ownership, improving handovers, and ensuring efficient resource allocation aligned to campaign volume and complexity. The candidate should also possess excellent analytical abilities to drive commercial performance and efficiency through media economics, deal structures, joint business plans, resource planning, and technology investment.
