CoreWeave is seeking a Director, European Controller to lead its financial operations outside the United States. This role is integral to the company's expansion into international markets, ensuring the integrity of global financial operations. The Director will be part of the Controllership team, collaborating with experts in SEC reporting, Technical Accounting, Treasury Accounting, and Corporate Accounting.

The Director will oversee the preparation, review, and timely filing of statutory financial statements across international subsidiaries, managing reconciliations from US GAAP to local standards. They will ensure compliance with international tax laws, establish and maintain a SOX-aligned internal control environment, manage global accounting teams, and act as the primary contact for auditors. Additionally, the role involves supporting M&A activities by leading the financial integration of new international entities.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, preferably with a CPA/CA or equivalent, and over 12 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years leading international operations. Technical expertise in US GAAP to IFRS conversion, a strong understanding of international tax regimes, and proficiency in managing remote, cross-functional teams are essential. Experience in the cloud or technology industry with significant capital expenditures is preferred.

The base salary for this role ranges from £111,000 to £148,000, determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. The total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
