Talent Partner, Engineering (Contract)
CoreWeave Europe is seeking a Talent Partner to join their Talent Acquisition team, focusing on engineering recruitment across the EMEA region. This contract role involves collaborating with hiring managers in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Production Engineering, and Operations Engineering to attract and hire top technical talent. The Talent Partner will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various engineering positions, including SRE, Production Engineering, and Operations Engineering roles. Key responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, developing targeted sourcing strategies, and overseeing candidate pipelines from initial contact through to offer acceptance. The role demands balancing multiple requisitions while maintaining high hiring standards and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles within engineering. A proven track record of hiring in EMEA markets, particularly in the UK, Poland, or broader Europe, is essential. Experience recruiting for SRE, Production Engineering, Operations Engineering, or similar infrastructure-focused positions is required. Strong sourcing skills using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search methods, along with familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, are also necessary.
Compensation for this fixed-term contract role is structured as a day rate plus benefits, determined based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
