The role demands balancing multiple requisitions while maintaining high hiring standards and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles within engineering. A proven track record of hiring in EMEA markets, particularly in the UK, Poland, or broader Europe, is essential. Experience recruiting for SRE, Production Engineering, Operations Engineering, or similar infrastructure-focused positions is required. Strong sourcing skills using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search methods, along with familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, are also necessary.

Compensation for this fixed-term contract role is structured as a day rate plus benefits, determined based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
