Lead Customer Success Engineer
CoreWeave Europe is seeking a Lead Customer Success Engineer to spearhead the delivery of AI solutions for strategic customer engagements. This role involves designing and overseeing end-to-end technical delivery, translating complex customer objectives into structured workstreams, milestones, and measurable outcomes. The successful candidate will coordinate execution across product, engineering, and data science teams, acting as the primary technical point of accountability for customer delivery. This position is based in London, United Kingdom.
Key responsibilities include leading the deployment of AI solutions within enterprise engineering organizations, ensuring customers realize measurable value from machine learning applications. The role requires managing multiple workstreams, ensuring reliable and high-quality outcomes, and turning complex test and simulation datasets into actionable insights to improve engineering decisions and accelerate product development.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience leading complex technical projects or delivery programs involving enterprise engineering customers. A strong engineering, scientific, or technical background is essential, with the ability to engage deeply with technical problems when required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline is required. Preferred qualifications include experience applying AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics within engineering environments, and experience working with engineering test or simulation data.
The base salary range for this role is £95,000 to £120,000, determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the base salary, the total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
