The Director of Finance at Verra Mobility will play a pivotal role in the Commercial Services Organization, providing strategic financial insights and projections to maximize shareholder value. This position requires a seasoned professional capable of developing and maintaining integrated financial models, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. The Director will lead the annual planning process, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range strategic planning, collaborating closely with corporate and business unit leadership to ensure financial targets are met.

Key responsibilities include driving forecast accuracy, performing in-depth variance analysis, and developing capital allocation scenario models to inform investment decisions. The Director will also prepare executive and board-level materials that clearly communicate financial performance and outlook. Additionally, the role involves supporting mergers and acquisitions evaluation, integration planning, and synergy tracking, as well as creating insightful financial reporting and analytics to enhance visibility and transparency.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressively increasing responsibility in finance is required. Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint is essential, with SQL skills highly preferred. Experience with Oracle Fusion and Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) is advantageous. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, at all organizational levels, and exhibit a high-energy, hands-on mentality.

Verra Mobility offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $119,000 to $193,000 per year.
