Director, GTM Operations
The Director of Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations at Diligent Corporation is a strategic leadership role responsible for aligning and optimizing the company's commercial functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. Key responsibilities include developing and operationalizing commercial growth strategies in partnership with the CCO and Finance, ensuring alignment between pipeline and booking targets, capacity, headcount, and budgets. The role involves translating complex data into actionable recommendations for commercial leaders, maintaining segmentation models, and designing sales coverage strategies that align with growth objectives and optimize representative productivity. Additionally, the Director will own and evolve the global sales forecasting framework, implement disciplined, data-driven forecast cadences, and utilize tools like Salesforce and Snowflake to drive predictability and pipeline conversion.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Strategy, or Go-to-Market Operations, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience partnering directly with executive leadership to design and execute multi-year commercial plans is essential. Deep expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and other GTM tools, along with strong analytical skills and fluency with forecasting and sales metrics, are required. The candidate should demonstrate success in improving sales productivity, enhancing marketing performance, and supporting customer success initiatives, with experience designing scalable sales methodologies and commercial processes in a B2B SaaS environment.
Diligent Corporation offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $217,000 USD for this role.
