Director, Marketing & Business Development

Clark Wilson LLP is seeking a Director of Marketing & Business Development to lead our marketing team and drive strategic initiatives that enhance our firm's market presence. This role is integral to our firm's growth, working closely with partners and practice groups to develop and implement comprehensive marketing and business development strategies.

The Director will oversee the creation and execution of marketing plans, manage the firm's brand identity, and coordinate business development activities. Responsibilities include leading a team of marketing professionals, organizing events, managing digital marketing efforts, and identifying opportunities for client engagement and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within a professional services environment. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
