Director of CTV Retail Media
The Director of CTV Retail Media at LG Electronics will lead the development, execution, and optimization of retail media strategies, focusing on collaboration with U.S. retail partners using LG's first-party data and inventory. This role requires a seasoned leader capable of managing complex CTV advertising and content ecosystems to drive measurable business outcomes through coordinated media and marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary lead for retail media initiatives, working cross-functionally with teams such as Retail Ads, LG Ads, DxP, LGEUS Marketing, NAC&S, and HQ. The director will manage multiple workstreams, including campaign operations, marketing strategy, execution, and post-campaign performance measurement. Additionally, they will oversee the integration and utilization of diverse ad inventory sources and data streams to ensure accurate targeting, execution, and reporting.
Candidates should possess 8–12+ years of experience in retail media, digital advertising, or related fields, with demonstrated leadership at the director level. Proven experience working with major retail partners, preferably national or large-scale retailers, is essential. A strong understanding of retail media networks, ad operations, data integration, and performance measurement is required, along with experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $250,000 USD.
