Director of Growth - Trading
Nansen is seeking a Director of Growth - Trading to lead and own the company's trading revenue initiatives. This role involves working directly with the Vice President of Revenue & Partnerships to develop and implement strategies that enhance Nansen's competitive edge in the global trading market. The position is preferably based in New York City, with flexible scheduling options available.
The Director will be responsible for building and executing acquisition strategies aimed at crypto-native traders, driving trading volume and fee revenue, and identifying and resolving activation blockers in collaboration with product and engineering teams. Additionally, the role includes designing effective incentive and referral programs, managing the trading-focused affiliate program end-to-end, scaling content and creator partnerships, and conducting structured growth experiments to optimize performance.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in growth, go-to-market, or affiliate management with demonstrable revenue outcomes, and at least two years managing affiliates or key opinion leaders in the crypto space. Proven experience in building and leading teams, a deep understanding of crypto trading behaviors, and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels are essential. Hands-on experience with onchain analytics tools or prior work at a crypto exchange is considered a bonus.
