Director of Partner Success (India)
As a Director of Partner Success at Karat, you will lead strategic relationships with IT Service Providers in India, focusing on Karat's Partner Talent Solution program. This individual contributor role involves collaborating with senior GCC and delivery center leaders to enhance talent outcomes. The position requires up to 20% travel for strategic meetings and industry events.
Key responsibilities include fostering relationships with India-based IT Service Provider partners, guiding them through onboarding and activation, and monitoring partner adoption and performance trends. You will also serve as a high-credibility representative of Karat in executive touchpoints and translate partner feedback into actionable input for Go-to-Market leadership.
The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in partner-facing or client-facing roles, preferably in IT services, staffing, enterprise technology, or talent solutions. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, strong executive presence, and excellent communication skills are essential. A proactive mindset with strong analytical instincts is also required.
This position is open to candidates authorized to work in India and residing in Bengaluru. While the team operates remotely, hiring is currently limited to this specific location. Applications from other cities in India will not be considered at this time. No visa sponsorship is provided.
