Experian is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing products, focusing on automotive insights, loyalty analytics, and audience solutions for digital marketing agencies. This role involves managing a portfolio of products that assist OEMs, lenders, dealers, agencies, and marketers in understanding consumer behavior, targeting audiences more effectively, and making informed decisions using automotive market intelligence.

The Director will be responsible for defining and leading the strategic product roadmap for automotive marketing analytics, loyalty studies, and digital marketing audience generation products. Key responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, developing long-term product visions aligned with revenue targets, and overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to iteration. Collaboration with engineering, data science, analytics, UX, and marketing teams is essential to deliver high-performing, scalable products that incorporate accurate automotive data and segmentation models.

Candidates should possess over 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the automotive industry, including OEMs, dealerships, or related fields, is required. A strong background in digital marketing technologies, such as AdTech, martech, audience segmentation, DSPs, CDPs, and media activation, is essential. Additionally, experience in building data, analytics, or research products, defining product requirements, mapping customer journeys, and managing complex technical roadmaps is necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with automotive loyalty modeling, knowledge of privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA, and a background working with APIs and large-scale consumer datasets.

The position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $153,075 to $275,535, along with a bonus plan.
