Metropolis is seeking a Director of Product Operations to lead the rollout, adoption, and measurement of its products. This role combines operational excellence with analytical rigor to ensure smooth execution from concept to launch, while incorporating customer feedback into the product development process. The Director will oversee cross-functional releases, quantify value creation, and drive continuous product and process improvements.

Key responsibilities include acting as the centralized owner of product releases, fostering strong relationships with product management, engineering, design, marketing, operations, analytics, finance, and other relevant teams to ensure effective coordination and alignment both pre- and post-product feature deployment. The Director will lead the Product Operations team, currently consisting of four members, with potential for scaling. This includes two embedded Product Operations Managers executing product releases and analysis, and a product support team of two handling internal support inquiries and generating insights from operations and other key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in product management or product operations. A strong understanding of the B2B and B2C technology landscape is essential, along with demonstrated success in leading the rollout of technology products and services across a large network. Exceptional leadership and management skills are required, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a data-driven approach to decision-making, and excellent communication and presentation skills are also necessary.

The anticipated base salary for this position is between $215,000 and $230,000 annually. The actual base salary offered will be determined by various factors, including the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base salary is one component of Metropolis' total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a stock option plan, bonus plans, and more.
