The Director of Sales – Home Appliances at LG Electronics will lead the Best Buy business within LG’s Home Solutions organization. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, executing go-to-market strategies, and managing a high-performing regional sales team across assigned territories and accounts. The position is based in Bloomington, MN, and offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to LG's presence in the home appliance market.

Key responsibilities include leading a regional and vertical sales team with direct people management duties, owning and exceeding annual sales targets for assigned Best Buy accounts and territories, and developing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share. The role also involves building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships at multiple levels within Best Buy, partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure flawless execution, and delivering compelling value propositions through presentations, proposals, and negotiations. Additionally, the Director will analyze category performance, competitive landscape, and customer trends to inform strategy, manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for assigned accounts, monitor tactical execution including promotional activity and budget allocation, and identify risks and opportunities to adjust strategies accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of sales experience with a proven track record in growing revenue for related products, accounts, and customers, and at least 8 years of successful sales leadership. Experience managing national or strategic retail accounts, particularly with Best Buy, is strongly preferred. Strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and solid business acumen relating to sales, marketing, operations, finance, and account P&L are essential. A GED is required, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $155,000 to $205,000, along with a performance-based sales incentive plan.
