Director, Public Sector Channel (NA) (Hybrid)
The Public Sector Channel Director at KnowBe4 is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of channel partner relationships within the public sector, driving growth and market penetration for the company's SaaS solutions. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role involves identifying and cultivating strong partnerships with government agencies, public sector entities, and key channel partners. The Director will develop and implement strategic channel programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with government regulations.
Key responsibilities include creating and implementing channel strategies focused on expanding KnowBe4's presence and driving revenue growth within the public sector. The Director will establish and nurture strong relationships with government agencies and key channel partners to facilitate business growth. Additionally, the role involves overseeing compliance with government regulations, designing and managing channel programs that support partner enablement, and conducting thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in channel management, sales, or business development within the technology or public sector is required. Experience in a leadership or managerial role, demonstrating expertise in managing teams and cultivating strong partner relationships, is essential. A comprehensive understanding of government regulations, policies, and compliance requirements relevant to doing business within the public sector is also necessary.
