District Manager

A proven track record of top-tier performance, experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets, and exceptional communication and time management skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and a passion for sales and customer service excellence are also required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Compensation for this role includes an annual total compensation award opportunity ranging from $112,000 to $128,000, comprising base salary, guaranteed quarterly bonuses, and restricted stock units. Additional benefits include participation in the company stock program with quarterly dividends, comprehensive group healthcare programs, a 401(k) plan with generous employer match, paid time off, and a Monday through Friday work schedule.
