As a District Manager at Public Storage, you will oversee a portfolio of multi-unit locations, ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will recruit, motivate, and retain a dedicated team of hourly front-line employees. Your responsibilities include managing physical assets, overseeing repair and maintenance systems, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with cleaning standards. Additionally, you will conduct monthly property audits to maintain operational standards and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience in building and developing high-performing teams within a retail, service, hospitality, or related industry. A proven track record of top-tier performance, experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets, and exceptional communication and time management skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and a passion for sales and customer service excellence are also required. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Compensation for this position includes a first-year annual total compensation opportunity of $128,000, comprising base salary, guaranteed quarterly bonuses, and restricted stock units. Additional benefits include participation in the company stock program with quarterly dividends, comprehensive group healthcare programs, a 401(k) plan with a generous employer match, paid time off, and a Monday through Friday work schedule.
