Ecommerce & Commerce Media Manager
The Ecommerce & Commerce Media Manager at WPP Media is responsible for leading and implementing comprehensive e-commerce and commerce media strategies to drive growth on platforms such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, and brand-owned websites. Key responsibilities include overseeing the operational and strategic management of e-commerce sites, optimizing user experience, product content, and the purchasing process. The manager will also handle and enhance advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon Ads and Mercado Ads, aiming to maximize product visibility and performance across various sales channels. Advanced use of platform-specific reporting and optimization tools, as well as web analytics tools like Google Analytics, is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to interpret complex data related to site performance, user behavior, and campaign outcomes, translating these insights into actionable strategies. They should be adept at setting and monitoring key performance metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value to ensure objectives are met. Effective communication skills are crucial for presenting strategies and results to internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required, with business-level English necessary for engaging with global resources and international partners.
