Email Campaign Specialist
Recorded Future is seeking an Email Campaign Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing email programs, including designing templates, setting program logic, and defining segments for various stages of the customer journey. You will work closely with leadership to understand client needs and own a portion of the client communication strategy, ensuring alignment of messaging across teams.
Your primary responsibilities will include planning, executing, and optimizing automated email campaigns such as newsletters, new user welcome flows, and reactivation campaigns focused on driving adoption and retention. You will develop eye-catching email templates in line with brand guidelines, define clear and powerful segments with tailored messaging, and maintain an email calendar to share details around timing, audience, and desired outcomes. Additionally, you will optimize program and content performance through multivariate testing.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in email marketing or digital communications, proficiency in CSS and HTML, and an analytical mindset. Strong communication skills across different media and audiences, attention to detail, and experience creating and managing email campaigns in platforms such as Hubspot, Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, or ConstantContact are essential. Experience working with GainSight is a plus.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $109,500 to $164,000, determined by role, level, and location. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
