As the Email Marketing & CRM Manager at Vention, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our CRM and lifecycle marketing programs to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. This role is integral to our Growth Marketing team, collaborating closely with Marketing, RevOps, Data, and Sales to ensure our CRM ecosystem delivers measurable business impact across the entire funnel. Vention, headquartered in Montreal and Berlin, specializes in helping manufacturers automate their operations swiftly with our AI-powered hardware and software platform designed for the factory floor.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing Vention's lifecycle marketing playbook, defining key customer journeys, touchpoints, messaging frameworks, and channel orchestration across the full funnel. You will design and execute nurture strategies for key business priorities, such as new customer acquisition, pipeline acceleration, and customer retention. Additionally, you will oversee the email and CRM communication strategy, including the creation and optimization of automated workflows and nurture sequences in HubSpot, ensuring alignment with lead stages and a seamless customer experience across marketing and sales touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation, preferably within a B2B or technology environment. Strong expertise in HubSpot or similar platforms, including workflow automation, segmentation, and lifecycle management, is essential. A proven ability to build and scale lifecycle marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue impact, along with an analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights, is crucial. Experience with A/B testing, optimization of messaging, and campaign performance, as well as strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives across teams, is also required.
