Employee Experience Manager

BrainRocket is seeking an experienced Employee Experience Manager to support its offices in emerging markets. This role involves providing expertise and structure to ensure high-quality execution of all Employee Experience (EE) activities across locations that operate in fast-changing environments with limited local EE resources.

The Employee Experience Manager will coordinate and deliver internal events, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and cultural programs. Responsibilities include working closely with local vendors, event agencies, venues, and suppliers to ensure polished execution of all EE activities. The role also involves preparing logistics, materials, timelines, and detailed checklists, as well as supporting HR Leads with guidance on EE processes and maintaining structured EE documentation.

Candidates should have proven experience in Employee Experience, HR, Internal Communications, Events, or related fields. A strong background in coordinating internal events across multiple locations, professional experience working with vendors and external partners, excellent organizational skills, and a solution-oriented approach in fast-changing environments are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with HR and EE stakeholders are also required.
