Employee Experience Manager
BrainRocket is seeking an experienced Employee Experience Manager to support its offices in emerging markets. This role is pivotal in providing expertise, structure, and high-quality execution across all Employee Experience (EE) activities within a dynamic and rapidly evolving company environment.
The Employee Experience Manager will coordinate and deliver internal events, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and cultural programs. This includes working closely with local vendors, event agencies, and suppliers to ensure each initiative is thoughtfully curated and aligns with company standards. Responsibilities also encompass preparing logistics, materials, timelines, and detailed checklists for all EE activities.
Candidates should have proven experience in Employee Experience, Human Resources, Internal Communications, Events, or related fields. A strong background in coordinating internal events across multiple locations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with HR and EE stakeholders are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required.
