Employment Counsel

The Knot Worldwide is seeking a Senior Employment Counsel to join its dynamic Legal Team. This role is pivotal in managing and advising on U.S. employment matters, serving as the primary legal resource for the company's 1,700+ employees across the United States. The position reports directly to the Global Employment Counsel and collaborates closely with various departments, including People Operations, People and Regional Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Culture and Experience teams. The ideal candidate will have over nine years of experience in employment law, with a strong focus on U.S. federal and state regulations, and a keen interest in global employment issues.
