Engineering Manager, Convert ROI
As an Engineering Manager for the Convert ROI team at Webflow, you will lead a full-stack team dedicated to developing and scaling Webflow's analytics and conversion products. This role involves guiding the creation of features that provide actionable insights into site traffic and user behavior, empowering customers to make informed decisions. In this position, you will be responsible for driving roadmap planning and execution, setting technical direction, and maintaining high engineering standards. Your day-to-day activities will include balancing hands-on coding with team leadership, collaborating closely with cross-functional peers in Engineering, Product, and Design, and fostering a culture of accountability to deliver high-quality outcomes. Additionally, you will support your team's growth by providing clear feedback, identifying development opportunities, and investing in their career progression.
The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years of experience managing teams in high-growth environments and 5+ years as a technical individual contributor, including time as a senior or staff engineer. Proficiency with modern tech stacks such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS is essential. Experience in building or shipping AI-powered product features, mentoring senior engineers, and managing geographically distributed teams is also required. A commitment to cultivating an inclusive team culture and business-level fluency in English are necessary.
