The Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) at Wellhub is a pivotal role within the Client Sales team, focusing on outbound prospecting and lead generation in the B2B SaaS and wellness technology sectors. This position is designed for individuals eager to develop foundational sales skills, understand complex enterprise sales cycles, and build relationships with senior-level stakeholders. Success in this role directly contributes to identifying and engaging prospective enterprise clients, uncovering their needs, and initiating high-value sales conversations that lead to qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities include executing strategic outbound prospecting campaigns targeting enterprise-level clients, utilizing multiple engagement channels such as email, phone, LinkedIn, and video outreach. The BDR will conduct thorough research on target companies and industries to inform outreach strategies, uncover and qualify complex enterprise sales opportunities by identifying multiple stakeholders, and develop compelling value propositions to capture prospect interest. Collaboration with Account Executives is essential to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads, and the role requires building and maintaining strong relationships through consultative selling techniques. Consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators related to outbound activity and pipeline generation is expected.

Candidates should possess 1-3 years of professional experience, not necessarily in sales, and be familiar with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft or Outreach. Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect research is advantageous. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong business acumen, adaptability, coachability, and a proactive mindset are essential. A demonstrated willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback for continuous improvement is also important.

The compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $49,129 to $57,387 per year, with eligibility for sales incentives and potential performance-based stock options.
