Legal Counsel (English and French speaker)
Wellhub is seeking a Legal Counsel fluent in English and French to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers the flexibility to be based in Italy, Spain, or the UK, supporting our operations across multiple European countries. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a pivotal role in managing contractual and commercial matters within a fast-paced, international environment.
In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of contractual agreements with our partners. You will provide guidance on contract terms, addressing commercial issues, data protection, and intellectual property concerns. Additionally, you will oversee contract review processes, develop legal playbooks in collaboration with other business areas, and conduct training sessions to ensure compliance and understanding of legal matters across the organization.
The ideal candidate holds a Law Degree from a European institution and possesses over six years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal role within a multinational company. Expertise in contract law, risk assessment, data protection, and legal negotiations is essential. Proficiency in both English and French is mandatory, along with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
