As an Enterprise Account Executive at Sharebite, you will play a pivotal role in establishing partnerships with large, dynamic companies aiming to provide meal benefits to their workforce. Sharebite is a leading meal benefits platform that enables employees to order meals from any restaurant while streamlining ordering and billing processes for companies. Each meal ordered through Sharebite results in a donation to local partners like City Harvest and Feeding America, contributing to the fight against food insecurity.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies to identify and close new sales opportunities. Collaborating with the sales development team, you will manage the prospecting process to engage potential clients and initiate the sales cycle. Your duties will include leading sales activities through contract negotiation and closing, targeting key stakeholders such as HR, workplace experience teams, benefits, and finance departments. Additionally, you will act as the voice of the customer, collecting feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of top performance in a full-cycle B2B sales role, with at least five years of experience selling to enterprise clients. Experience selling to HR, benefits, workplace, and finance leaders is essential. A background in solutions-focused sales, particularly in SaaS, is advantageous. Candidates must be data-driven, possess strong business acumen, and have experience presenting to C-level executives. Proficiency with productivity and sales tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, Excel, and G-suite, is required. Flexibility, adaptability, resilience, and grit are also key attributes for success in this role.

Sharebite offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year and on-target earnings between $160,000 and $210,000, including uncapped commission. The total compensation package also includes equity, generous health insurance options, and a daily meal stipend. This hybrid role is based in New York City, with regular travel within NYC for onsite meetings, events, and other in-person business needs.
