Enterprise Account Executive
Mirakl, a leader in marketplace innovation since 2012, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their rapidly growing EMEA Sales team. This role focuses on the Dutch-speaking markets, including the Netherlands and broader Benelux region, with an emphasis on Retail and Wholesale sectors. The Enterprise Account Executive will be instrumental in driving new enterprise opportunities, engaging C-level stakeholders, and positioning Mirakl’s marketplace platform as a strategic growth lever for leading retailers and brands.
In this role, you will define and execute a territory plan to meet quarterly objectives set by management. You will target new clients aligned with Mirakl’s strategy and priorities within your geographic scope. Building and maintaining trusted relationships with VP/EVP/C-suite stakeholders to uncover strategic opportunities will be key. Managing the entire sales process from first contact to contract signature, including coordination on technical, legal, security, and financial aspects, will be essential. Additionally, you will run a structured and accurate pipeline in Salesforce, with strong forecasting discipline, leverage partners and the e-commerce ecosystem to generate and accelerate opportunities, and manage prospect and client expectations throughout the cycle to ensure alignment on ROI/value. Contributing to Mirakl’s visibility in the region through events, partnerships, and thought leadership will also be part of your responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of sales experience, including more than 3 years in SaaS/B2B software, with e-commerce ecosystem experience being a strong plus. A proven track record in closing complex enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders and solution/value selling is required. A strong understanding of retail/e-commerce business challenges and the ability to articulate ROI is essential. A consistent history of over-achievement, resilience, and strong ownership of results is expected. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and executive presence are necessary. Experience working with structured sales processes and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred. Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Dutch is a bonus.
