Enterprise Partnerships Sales Manager (Tokyo-Japan)
Appier is seeking a commercially driven and ambitious Enterprise Partnerships Sales Manager to expand its Enterprise Solutions presence in Japan. This role involves identifying and sourcing new distribution partners within the region, analyzing and qualifying them in alignment with Appier's strategic objectives. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with channel partners and ensure performance standards are met. Collaboration with both partners and internal teams is essential to formulate and execute business plans that maximize mutual success.
Key responsibilities include identifying and sourcing new partners within Japan, with a strong understanding of Appier’s Enterprise Solution products and market needs. The role serves as the main point of contact between Appier and potential partners, bridging internal resources to onboard new partners. Formulating strategic business plans with clear objectives for new partners, including Go-To-Market plans, is crucial. Additionally, managing partner relations and channel performance, reviewing and identifying areas of improvement, and implementing necessary changes are integral parts of the role.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Solution Sales, Business Development, or Partnership Development. A strong commercial drive and ambition to succeed are essential. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of the Adtech/Martech industry, experience in Cloud Services, ISV, MSP, or similar solutions targeting Enterprise/Mid-Market markets. Being process-driven, with the ability to manage partner onboarding and forecasting, and possessing business-level English proficiency are also advantageous.
