Enterprise Sales VP

Garner Health is seeking an exceptional Enterprise Sales Vice President (VP) to join its Revenue team and expand its footprint with large enterprise clients through direct sales.
In this role, the Enterprise Sales VP will be responsible for managing direct sales cycles, setting and measuring sales quotas, and overseeing prospecting and pipeline management. The position involves building out Garner Health's large enterprise channel by engaging with employers, brokers, consultants, insurers, and providers. Staying informed about market trends and competitor products is essential to effectively communicate Garner Health's value proposition. Additionally, the Enterprise Sales VP will support the development of new strategic broker relationships and influence purchasing decisions.
Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have over seven years of deep sales experience focused on health benefits, including medical, ancillary, and vendor services, through brokers, consultants, and insurers. Existing relationships within the broker, consultant, and insurance communities are highly desirable. A minimum of three years of experience selling to large enterprise clients is required. Candidates should demonstrate data literacy, with the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights. Experience in developing sales processes, such as sales playbooks and KPIs, and executing sales strategies to promote long-term success is also important. A strong desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team is essential.
The compensation package for this role includes a total salary range of $350,000 to $415,000, encompassing base salary and commission. Individual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, the role is eligible for equity incentives and competitive benefits, including flexible paid time off, medical, dental, and vision plan options, a 401(k) plan, and Teladoc Health services.
